H2r Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms governing all users' use of the h2r platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
By registering an account or using any part of the h2r platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this platform.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and h2r ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by h2r, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions in this document.
To use the h2r platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Is at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
- Is not prohibited by any applicable local law or regulation from using services of this nature.
- Has a valid internet connection and a compatible device to access the platform.
H2r reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with the above requirements. If you do not meet any of these requirements, you are not permitted to use our platform and must close your account immediately.
The h2r platform is open to users aged 18 and above only. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the h2r platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. h2r will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the h2r support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the h2r platform:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to breach or bypass any security measures implemented by h2r.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party.
- Engaging in any activity intended to cheat, manipulate, or exploit the platform's systems.
- Uploading or transmitting content that is harmful, offensive, or in violation of any Malaysian law.
Payments, MYR Transactions and Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the h2r platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set by your chosen payment method. h2r is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by third-party payment service providers. Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the chosen method. h2r reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal as part of its security compliance procedures. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the name of the verified user.
Disputed Transactions
If you suspect any unauthorised transaction in your account, you must report it to h2r within 14 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be fully resolved.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The h2r platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. h2r does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or viruses at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, h2r shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of funds resulting from game or betting outcomes.
All content on the h2r platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and domain names — is the exclusive property of h2r and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from h2r.
The h2r platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. h2r does not control, is not responsible for, and makes no guarantees regarding the content or privacy practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
H2r reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, or where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, or illegal activity.
If an account is suspended due to a terms violation, h2r reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending completion of the investigation. If an account is closed for a non-violation reason (e.g. at the user's request), any eligible balance will be returned once all conditions have been satisfied.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the h2r support team via their registered email. Closing an account does not release the user from any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the closure date.
Amendments to Malaysia Terms and Conditions
H2r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the h2r website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the h2r platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
